Charismatic people are Masters of Tongue Fu.

They realize that one of the most important moves in Tongue Fu, is to lose the “I’m more impressive than you” contest.

Too often, first meetings descend into a “my penis is bigger than yours” contest – or the female equivalent – to determine who is master of the business universe.

If someone is better than you at something, it’s ok to admit it….. a little vulnerability is endearing.

If you think about when you’ve had an awesome conversation with someone, it’s likely that whilst the other person was interesting, they were far more interested in you.

When it comes to getting a black belt in Tongue Fu, you have to prove that it’s not about you, it’s about them.

Tongue Fu Masters don’t do fluffy small talk. Their conversation is clear, concise and above all, invigorating.

As the ancient Tongue Fu scripture says, “If you’re looking for fluff, go pet a bunny“.

A young Irish woman decided to end her life by throwing herself into the sea, but just before she could do so, a handsome young man stopped her.

“You have so much to live for,” said the man. “I’m a sailor, and we’re off to Australia tomorrow. I can stow you away on my ship. I’ll take care of you and bring you food every day.”

With nothing to lose, and the opportunity to start a new life in Australia, the woman accepted.

That night the sailor brought her aboard and hid her in the hold. Every night he would bring her food, wine, and make love to her until dawn. Two weeks later she was discovered by the Captain during a routine inspection.

“What are you doing here?” asked the Captain.

“I have an arrangement with one of the sailors,” she replied. “He brings me food and I get a free trip to Australia.”

“I see,” the Captain says.

“Plus, he’s screwing me,” the woman added meekly.

“He certainly is,” replied the Captain. “This is the Liverpool Ferry.”
